The freshly poured
concrete contained an
integral yellow colorant.
This first step helped give
color to the white portland
cement.  As the concrete
crew smooths it out we
follow them standing on
two by fours  within a 20
minute time frame and dust
the areas with other colors
of powder pigment to
create the look of multi
colored granite.  Flour
sifters from the kitchen
work great.

Outside we stamped
other colors of powdered
pigment with (rented) forms
for smaller stone patterns.

Days later the floors will be
scored with a diamond
pattern to resemble large
slabs of granite.

The walls were sponged
with coordinating floor
colors.
